    DELIVERY CHARGES
The first 15 miles are free with a minimum order of $25.00, (there will be a $5.00 charge added to all orders under this amount for delivery).
Delivery charges for the following areas are:
Somerset $10
Danville $15
Campbellsville $25
Lebanon $25
Lexington starts at $50
Glasgow starts at $60
Louisville starts at $65
Bowling Green starts at $70

Shipping days through a courier, such as USPS or UPS, are Monday - Wednesday. Unless it is specified as a rush order, in which case you will be billed for next day delivery and we will ship on Thursday for those.
   All purchases will ship within 3 business days, unless it is specified as a rush order. Please be sure someone is home for the scheduled delivery day, as most will leave the package at the front door if no one is there. Also, please double check the address you are wanting to ship these to. We will ship to the Paypal provided address only. If the address is not your home, be sure and see if that will change the shipping cost, you will be billed for any additional shipping cost if it is sent to a different address and it was not calculated for that zone.
  
RETURNS:
   By purchasing items shipped through a courier you understand and agree to the following:
Situations and problems can occur at anytime that we have no control over. You do not have the ability to file a claim and waive the right to do so for a cheesecake or any other item that is delivered 1 day late. As a result, if a cheesecake is delivered 1 day late or after the scheduled time on the requested delivery day we cannot refund the shipping or the cost of the cake. Again, the packaging used will protect your cheesecake for two days from date of shipping. In the highly unlikely event that the cheesecake is delivered 2 or more days late, we will file a claim on your behalf, and refund the cost of the cake and shipping, but only after we receive a refund from the shipping company. This process can take up to 4 weeks. The exception to this is the week of Christmas, there is NO guarantee for delivery on the 24th for orders placed on the 23rd.
